Dads: ya love them but ya hate shopping for them. Hot take, but I’d say they’re harder to shop for than boyfriends or brothers. Why do dads never want anything? And if they do have a wishlist it’s things from the hardware store or, like, CVS.

This year, we’re making sure everyone in your circle gets something special. It’s been a crazy year, so everyone deserves something that will make them smile. Here are our picks for gifts your dad won’t return the next day.

1. Custom Face Masks - Soooo, we’re at the point where everyone has face masks on their wishlist. Which is a good thing! These custom masks are so versatile with tons of colors and the option to add a logo. Add dad’s favorite sports team, TV show, or band logo for extra personalization.

Customizable Face Masks - $4 - $15

2. Custom Drumsticks or Guitar Picks - If your dad is a musical guy, these custom drumsticks or guitar picks are a super cool gift that he would def appreciate. Even if you’re tired of listening to him jam out while you’re trying to WFH, your dad is sure to love this super personal and thoughtful gift.

Personalized Drumsticks - $24
3 Personalized Guitar Picks - $16 - $25

3. Hot Ones Hot Sauce Pack - Even if your dad has never heard of Hot Ones, their trio packs are a great gift idea that can also be an experience present. Pretend like you’re on the talk show with “hot questions and even hotter wings” by challenging you and your dad to sample the show’s classic sauces. Their website has a bunch of different combo packs to choose from.

Hot Ones Original Trio Pack - $40

4. Standing Desk Converter - The actual standing desk that your dad asked for might be out of your budget. Get him the next best thing with this standing desk converter that dad can whip out this stand to give his laptop a little extra height. This company has multiple models at different price points that could be perfect for splitting between siblings.

StandStand Birch - $59

5. Goldbelly Gift Card - Dads love to say they don’t want anything for the holidays. Gifts cards are a great idea for the indecisive dad. Yeah, some people say this is the most impersonal gift, but I’d argue that a gift card to someplace unique like Goldbelly is still thoughtful. What could be better than letting dad pick out a treat from his favorite restaurant that just closed indoor dining?

Goldbelly Gift Card - $25 - $200
